We strive to deliver your sarees safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,999.
  • For orders below ₹1,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling charge of ₹49.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include leading courier services with pan-India coverage and real-time tracking capabilities.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.
  • You can track your order status in real time through the tracking link provided or from your account under 'My Orders'.
  • If your tracking status hasn't updated in over 48 hours, please contact our support team.

6. Undelivered / Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or heavily damaged during delivery.
