1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at monikasfashion.test@gmail.com or call +91 7596 067 697 / +91 90292 09007 with your order ID and registered email address.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product.
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on the website.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refund.

3. Defective Product – Video Proof Required

  • If you receive a defective product, you must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video serves as proof of the defect and is mandatory to process your claim.
  • The video should clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the defect in the product.
  • Upon verification of the video proof, a replacement will be provided for the defective product at no additional cost.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted. We recommend recording every delivery as a precaution.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • 2.Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  • 3.If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
  • 4.Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, the refund will be initiated.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Bank processing times may vary. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

6. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • This ensures faster processing and a smoother experience for you.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized sarees made to order
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging
  • Gift cards and vouchers
